The Ventrac Brine System adds liquid de-icing capabilities to the Ventrac 4520 platform, so you’re ready to tackle de-icing needs in any setting. This system features a 35-gallon tank in a durable stainless steel frame and a 5.3-gallon pump with a five-nozzle configuration, offering coverage widths of either 48 inches (using three center nozzles) or 84 inches (using all five nozzles). Operators can easily view the pressure gauge from the cab, and the power can be controlled directly from inside.The unit comes standard with an 8’ coiled hose for hard-to-reach areas like steps, entryways, and tight spaces, with the option for a 25’ hose reel kit to extend the reach even further. The hose reel kit is fully retractable for convenient and quick operation.
Designed to enhance the Ventrac platform, the Brine System equips snow professionals and Ventrac operators with a complete de-icing solution.
It’s easy to add versatility and speed to your snow removal line-up with the new and improved Ventrac V-Blade. The patented trip-edge design is unique and makes this attachment your secret weapon in snow removal. With a width of 53 inches in the standard blade configuration and as narrow as 47 inches in the V-blade configuration, operators can choose what fits best for the location and needs of the job. The wings move independently depending on operational needs, and each wing can move 30 degrees forward, reverse, or together.
The magic of the V-Blade is in its trip-edge performance. With a V-Blade versus other snow removal attachments, operators can move snow with precision and travel faster over broken pavement. The impact of pavement obstructions is minimized because the trip edge itself continues to translate motion when meeting the broken ground.
Also offered are four unique accessories to help outfit the V-Blade for a more personalized experience. Accessories include a 6-inch extension kit, a poly-edge kit, and a snow containment flap to keep the snow funneling out toward the edges of the blade.
